Vehicle Leasing, is a vehicle rental with a contract for a fixed period. You drive a brand-new vehicle in exchange for a fixed monthly payment. You choose the contract length, the mileage allowance you need, and we adjust your contract mileage according to your company's needs. At the end of the Lease period, you return the vehicle to us.
If you love that new car feeling but you wish to invest your money in other areas of your business, this is the option for you. Vehicle Leasing gives you access to a range of brand-new cars and vans, without the costly initial outlay you'd need if you were buying outright. What's more, fixed, transparent monthly costs make your budget easier to manage.
In Arval we provide Full-Service Leasing to our customers. This means that we maintain full vehicle ownership during the whole lease period, and we cover all the vehicle related expenses such as vehicle road tax, insurance, tires change, service, and maintenance.

How do I know the delivery date of my vehicle?
The estimated delivery date will be provided to you by Arval. This information can be found easily by accessing our digital platform MyArval. The Fleet Manager can access the Vehicle Delivery Calendar for the current past and future months, to review or plan relevant actions and can export the information in excel format to process the data according to the company needs. When your vehicle is ready to be delivered Arval or the supplier will get in touch with you to arrange the vehicle's delivery.
What does the first invoice include?
The first invoice includes the rental amount referring to the period starting from the delivery date of the vehicle until the end of the current month.
Am I entitled to a replacement car while my car is undergoing maintenance or repairs?
If your car is under maintenance or repair process, we provide you with a replacement vehicle according to the terms of your leasing contract. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact our Drivers Support Team at 210 87 72 600.
Excess mileage: What happens if I exceed my contracted mileage?
If you have exceeded the agreed mileage of your contract, then during the process of returning your vehicle, you will be charged according to the agreed terms of the contract.
