Arval Leasing: Mechanical Breakdown and Accident Management

Inform Arval about your vehicle damage

Always report damage to Arval as quickly as possible.

Depending on the incident, find below all the important steps you need to follow.

  • Cannot continue your journey?

    Mechanic damage

    In case of a mechanical breakdown or any other incident that does not allow your vehicle to move or continue your journey,

    call the Arval Drivers support center at +30 210 87 72 600 (select "1").

    Outside of working hours you will be redirected to Arval’s assistance partner. 

    We will contact our roadside assistance partners, arrange a replacement car for you (according to the terms signed in your contract), and schedule your vehicle repair appointment . 

     

  • Vehicle damage with a 3rd party involved

    Vehicle damage with a third party involved

    In case of any damage or accident caused by a third party to your vehicle, you should immediately call the Arval Drivers support center at +30 210 87 72 600 (select "1") to report the incident.

    Alternatively you may call the accident care service at 1158 (select "1").

    Always call the Police if you are involved in an accident, or in an accident with an uninsured vehicle, if there was an injury or if there was an involvement of a vehicle with foreign plates.

    Our Arval Driver support center representatives, will contact you to arrange your vehicle repair appointment.

     

  • Vehicle damage (without a 3rd party involvement)

    Vehicle damage (without a third party involvement)

    In case of damage caused to your vehicle, call immediately the Arval drivers support center at +30 210 87 72 600 (select "1") to report the incident.

    Alternatively you may call the Accident care at 1158 (select "1"). A dedicated partner will assist you with the on-site reporting of the damage.

    In case of vandalism, burglary, or damage where the other party is unknown, you have to call the Police to declare the incident.

    Arval will contact you to arrange your vehicle repair appointment.

     

  • Glass breakage (Window/Windshield)

    Glass breakage without any damage to the vehicle's body (or other violation attempt):

    It is necessary to contact our Drivers support center at +30 210 87 72 600 (select "2").

     If there was a glass breakage and a damage on the vehicle body or any car lock violation attempt:

    You need to call the Police to report the incident. As a next step, you have to contact our Drivers support center at +30 210 87 72 600 to report the incident or alternatively call the Accident care by selecting "1".
